Please complete the following by April 14:

  1. Submit the Mid-Pacific Institute Reservation, Tuition and Fees Contract for SY 2017-18 on-line.
  2. Remit $1,000.00 deposit by credit card on-line, by check payable to Mid-Pacific Institute, or cash. Checks and cash are accepted at the Mid-Pacific Institute Business Office or School Store.  Checks may be mailed to Mid-Pacific Institute, attn: Business Office, 2445 Kaala Street, Honolulu, HI 96822.  If you are not paying a $1,000.00 deposit by credit card, please select "Will send check to Mid-Pacific."   
  3. Register for an account with FACTS Management Company (FACTS) at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3CR8Y. DO NOT REGISTER if you have a FACTS account for Mid-Pacific Institute for SY 2016-2017.  If you would like to add a student to your existing FACTS account, please contact the Mid-Pacific Institute Business Office.

If you are not paying the deposit by credit card...

Select "Will send check to Mid-Pacific Institute" and do one of the following.

  • Write a check payable to Mid-Pacific Institute and mail to Mid-Pacific Institute attn: Business Office, 2445 Kaala Street Honolulu, HI 96822.
  • Wire money through a bank transfer (contact the Business Office for transfer instructions)
  • Pay in cash at the Business Office or School Store (required to pay taxes).
